Molding: The mold is chrome plated or high hardness. Rubber parts manufacturers tell you that when the mold is properly sprayed on the mold release agent will get a better release effect, the molding temperature is 160 ° C ~ 190 ° C, the molding time is generally 3 ~ 7 minutes, depending on the thickness of the product.

Vulcanization: Fluororubber products need to be vulcanized in two stages, so as to achieve better physical and chemical properties. The usual vulcanization conditions are 230 ° C 16 ~ 24H, if the parts are followed by metal, the rubber shock absorber manufacturer recommends that 200 ° C 16 ~ 24H, the two-stage vulcanization oven should have a blast device, so as to maintain a uniform and constant temperature, rubber parts, and timely discharge the volatiles of the two-stage vulcanization.
